Nick David is an Extension potato agronomist at North Dakota State University. He is responsible for Extension and research activities in both North Dakota and Minnesota. David’s goal is to become an integral part of the potato industry by providing research-based information to growers. He received his BS degree in soil and crop science from Colorado State University and his doctorate in botany and plant pathology from Oregon State University. Previous to working at NDSU, David worked at the Oregon State University Hermiston Agricultural Research and Extension Center, where he was a plant pathology research manager and faculty research assistant. David’s research interests include all aspects of potato production, including irrigation, fertility, and pest management.
